How long will my dog stay for?
We ask that you plan on leaving your dog with us for 3-4 hours. This is so we can really get a feel of their personality and see how it develops as the energy levels fluctuate throughout the day, without overwhelming them on their first stay.
Can I stay and watch my dog play?
While it's tempting to watch your buddy meet all their new friends, it's actually safer and more effective for us to meet your dog and have your dog meet others without parents present. What is a Temperament Assessment?
Before your dog is given the green light to join us for daycare or kennel-free boarding, we need to make sure they'll have the best experience possible every day!
Your dog's meet and greet starts with a gentle introduction to each established pup, away from the playgroup. Here they're able to sniff and perform their own style of "background check" under the supervision of a caregiver.
Dogs of various personalities are gradually added to the introductory group, and we are able to see how your dog reacts and interacts with dogs in a range of age, size, excitement, and play style. Once our caregivers are comfortable with your pup's confidence and positive behavior in the group, they're able to then join the main play area for the remainder of their stay.
